A mais nova lista vem da importante NPR.org, rede de rádios norte-americanas, canal dos mais respeitados na internet quando o papo é música.

Por tradição, a NPR não faz um ranking que elege tipo o “melhor”, mas lista seus prediletos em ordem alfabética. A seleção é bem eclética e tem até a Carly Rae Jepsen.
