É indie, é “velho”, mas é chic: Pitchfork Paris invade a TV francesa e revive shows históricos de St. Vincent, Caribou, Son Lux e Foxygen

Com a impossibilidade de ser feliz neste 2020, muito pelo fato de não podermos ver nossos showzinhos de perto, diversos artistas e festivais pelo mundo têm recorrido ao velho normal e divulgado em áudio e vídeo apresentações históricas de edições passadas.

A última marca forte a entrar nesse circuito foi a bíblia indie Pitchfork, que em parceria com o canal de TV francês Culture Box tem revivido alguns shows emblemáticos das edições parisienses do evento nascido em Chicago.

Entre os shows que estão disponíveis no site do canal francês, destaque para a apresentação da sempre gloriosa St. Vincent. Também estão no pacote shows de Foxygen, Son Lux e Caribou, todos registrados em 2014.

Na falta de uma graminha molhada para pisar, vamos acompanhando os shows no conforto do sofá.

Como falamos aqui, a bíblia indie Pitchfork estendeu sua polêmica anual de listas de melhores “isso” e “aquilo” para os últimos 10 anos.

Com a década de 2010 se aproximando do fim, o site gringo fez seu Top 200 de melhores discos e melhores canções que foram lançadas desde janeiro de 2010.

Na lista, interessante perceber que estão seis músicas lançadas oficialmente neste ano: FKA twigs, com “Cellophane” (25ª); Lana Del Rey, “The Greatest” (79ª); Clairo, “Bags” (123ª); Charli XCX, “Gone” [ft. Christine and the Queens] (145ª); Sharon Van Etten, “Seventeen” (185ª) e Thom Yorke, “Dawn Chorus” (187ª).

A primeira colocação ficou com “Alright”, lançada por Kendrick Lamar em 2015.

Neste final de semana, a bíblia indie Pitchfork promove em Chicago mais uma edição de seu Pitchfork Music Festival, um dos eventos mais legais da música na gringa, que prima especialmente por ser quase 100% indie do indie.

Na edição deste ano, um bom número de shows terá transmissão ao vivo em dois canais da P4K no YouTube desta sexta até domingo.

Shows de nomes como HAIM, Kurt Vile, Belle and Sebastian, black midi, Stereolab e muitos outros poderão ser conferidos no conforto do seu sofá neste final de semana de friozinho bom.
