Sujeito esperto que a gente adora para valer, Hamilton Leithauser, o líder do delicioso The Walkmen, está com mais uma música inédita e boa em sua carreira solo.

“Here They Come” é sua primeira gravação desde a parceria com Angel Olsen na faixa “Heartstruck (Wild Hunger)”, lançada em 2017. Se o papo se estender para discos cheios, o último de Hamilton é “I Had A Dream That You Were Mine”, que saiu em 2016.

Diz o Hamilton que a nova canção é sobre um amigo que tem a tendência de fugir dos próprios problemas. “Quando as coisas ficam difíceis, ele tende a simplesmente cortar e correr. A música é sobre o momento específico em que as luzes se acendem no cinema, onde ele fica escondido o dia todo, e as complicações da vida estão voltando ao foco”, disse o cantor.

Ainda não está claro se a faixa fará parte de um projeto maior. Vamos aguardar.
