Oh shit… Foals adia turnê latina para o meio de 2016

O ótimo grupo inglês Foals precisou cancelar toda sua turnê pela América do Sul nesta semana. A banda, que se apresentaria no Brasil em São Paulo (amanhã) e Rio de Janeiro (quinta-feira), precisou deixar a turnê devido a problemas de saúde com o vocalista Yannis Philippakis, que está com problemas na garganta.

Em comunicado, o cantor explicou que os médicos recomendaram tratamento e repouso das cordas vocais por três semanas.

Dos shows brasileiros, apenas o de São Paulo está remarcado para o dia 20 de julho do ano que vem. Confira, abaixo, a nota oficial da banda.

Hola Hermanos / Hermanas in South America.

I’m so sorry to say that on doctor’s orders we are unable to perform this week. We’re gutted & can’t begin to say how frustrating this is. We were hoping it wouldn’t come to this but unfortunately i need 3 weeks off in order for my voice to fully recover.

We love nothing more than playing on stage for you & it’s heartbreaking to have to pull the shows but sometimes health has to come first.

We know you’ll understand because you’re the best & we have rescheduled shows wherever possible, see below.

I’m gonna rest up & be ready to return next year, where we’ll rock harder than ever. Stay safe & we’ll see you soon. Les prometemos ✌️
